Terms of Service

Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users who browse, register, place orders, make payments, submit inquiries, or carry out other related activities through the Furneasez (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) online store.

These terms constitute the core agreement between users and us regarding platform services. Once a user uses the online store services, it shall be deemed that the user has fully read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these terms.

User Accounts
When using certain online store services, users may be required to register and create an account. Users shall ensure that the personal information provided during registration and use is true, accurate, complete, and valid.

Users shall properly safeguard their account name, password, and other verification information and shall be responsible for all activities conducted under their account. If any unauthorized use of the account or information leakage is discovered, users shall immediately notify us through the “Contact Us” method, and we will assist in handling the relevant matters.

Products, Inventory, and Pricing Information
We ensure that product information displayed in the online store, including product descriptions, specifications, and materials, is true, accurate, and valid.

Inventory information will be updated according to actual conditions to allow users to understand product availability.

The marked product prices include applicable taxes, including UK Value Added Tax (VAT 20%) and other related charges. The price displayed on the page is the final transaction price.

Orders and Payment
The order confirmation page will clearly list the product name, quantity, unit price, shipping fee, and total order amount for user verification.

The online store supports only British Pounds (GBP) as the settlement currency.

Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, it shall be deemed that an agreement regarding the order content has been formed between the user and us. Payment-related details are subject to our Payment Methods policy.

Delivery Information
Our delivery coverage includes the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and UK island regions. Delivery outside the United Kingdom is not supported.

For orders with an amount between £0.01 and £147.32, the shipping fee is £7.34. For orders with an amount equal to or exceeding £147.33, free shipping is available.

Order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (Central European Time, CET). Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order preparation time is generally 1–3 business days, and the standard delivery time is 10–15 business days. For detailed delivery rules, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Order Cancellation
Users may apply to cancel an order within 48 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order exceeds 48 hours or has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled directly. Users may apply for a return and refund after receiving the goods in accordance with the return policy.

To cancel an order, users must contact customer service via email or phone and provide the order number and payment proof. The customer service team will complete the review within 1–3 business days and notify the result. If the cancellation is approved, a refund will be arranged according to the process. Returns and Exchanges
Users may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product, including cases such as product quality issues, products not matching the order description, or no-reason returns and exchanges.

For returns or exchanges, users must first contact customer service and submit relevant supporting materials. After approval, users shall return the product to the designated address. Upon inspection and confirmation, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

For no-reason returns, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the user. For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the exchanged product will be borne by us. No additional fees will be charged other than the return shipping cost for no-reason returns. For detailed rules, please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy.

Refund Information
Refunds will be returned to the original Visa or MasterCard account used at the time of order placement.

Depending on the processing efficiency of different banks, refunds are generally completed within 10–15 business days. If the refund has not been received after this period, please contact us for assistance. For detailed information, please refer to the Refund Policy.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
We strictly comply with UK laws and regulations and GDPR requirements.

If a dispute arises between users and us during the performance of these Terms & Conditions, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be governed by UK law and submitted to a court with jurisdiction in the United Kingdom.

Privacy and Data Protection
We attach great importance to user privacy and strictly collect, use, store, and manage users’ personal information in accordance with UK laws and GDPR requirements. Intellectual Property
All content within the online store, including but not limited to product images, text descriptions, logos, design solutions, and software programs, is protected by relevant intellectual property laws, and the corresponding rights belong to us.

Without written authorization, no organization or individual may copy, distribute, modify, use, or commercially exploit such content without permission. Otherwise, we will pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

Responsibility Statement
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure stable platform operation and accurate product information. If service interruption or information delay occurs due to force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or other uncontrollable factors, we do not assume liability for breach of contract, but will make efforts to restore services and notify users in a timely manner.

If users’ rights and interests are harmed due to product quality issues, we will assume corresponding responsibility in accordance with these terms and relevant policies, but do not assume indirect losses arising therefrom.

Any losses caused by users’ own operational errors, incorrect information submission, or account information leakage shall be borne by the users themselves. We may provide assistance within a reasonable scope.

Third-party services such as logistics and payment are provided by relevant third parties. Their service quality and responsibility are not directly assumed by us, but we may assist users in communication and coordination.

Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions due to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The amended content will be published in a prominent position on the platform and shall take effect from the date of publication.

If users continue to use platform services after the terms are amended, it shall be deemed that they accept the amended content. If users do not agree with the amendments, they shall stop using the services and contact us to handle related matters.
