Order Cancellation Conditions
Furneasez (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) allows customers to request an order cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping process, the order cannot be canceled directly.
In such cases, you may contact us after receiving the product to apply for a return and refund in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy and Refund Policy. Please refer to these policies for detailed procedures.
Order Cancellation Process
Submission of Request

Please provide your order number and relevant payment confirmation or other necessary information so that we can verify and process your request.
Request Processing
Our customer service team will review and process your cancellation request within 1–3 business days.
You will be notified of the result using the contact information you provided. If your request meets the cancellation conditions, we will proceed with the refund arrangement accordingly.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, such as Visa or MasterCard.
Due to differences in bank processing times, refunds are generally completed within 10–15 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us promptly so that we can assist with tracking and follow-up.

Responsibility Statement
If you submit a valid cancellation request within the 48-hour period but the order is not canceled in time due to our processing delay or operational error, we will assume full responsibility and proactively communicate with you to provide a suitable solution.
If a cancellation request has been approved but the refund is delayed or the refunded amount is incorrect due to our error, we will promptly investigate the issue, correct it, and coordinate the entire resolution process.
If you submit a cancellation request within 48 hours but it is mistakenly judged as overdue due to system delays or data synchronization issues, we will recheck the order status and actively negotiate a solution with you. You will not be required to bear any related responsibility.
In cases where cancellation processing is delayed due to force majeure events such as system failures, natural disasters, or policy changes, we will make every reasonable effort to assist, keep you informed of progress, and will not require you to bear any additional responsibility.
If your submitted order information is accurate but errors occur during our verification process that affect the cancellation outcome, we will take responsibility, correct the issue promptly, and clearly explain the situation to you.
