Accepted Payment Methods
Furneasez (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) currently accepts Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards only as payment methods in our online store.

All orders are settled in British Pounds (£).

Order Amount Information
The total amount displayed at checkout consists of the product price and the applicable shipping fee.

In accordance with UK legal requirements, applicable customs duties and 20% UK Value Added Tax (VAT) are already included in the product price. The amount displayed on your order, shown in £, is the final amount payable. No additional or hidden charges will be applied.

Payment Issue Handling
If you encounter situations such as payment failure, successful charge without order generation, or duplicate charges, please first verify the transaction status with your payment account and check your network connection.

Please retain relevant payment records, such as payment screenshots or bank debit notifications.

Contact us promptly via customer service email or phone and provide the payment time, payment proof, and the type of payment card used. If an order number has been generated, please include it as well, so that we can verify the issue efficiently.

After receiving your request, we will complete the verification within 1–3 business days and provide an appropriate solution based on the results, such as confirming the order or arranging a refund for duplicate charges. Progress updates will be communicated through your provided contact information.

Responsibility Statement
If payment issues are caused by failures in our payment system, technical errors, or other internal reasons, we will assume corresponding responsibility, assist in resolving the issue, and bear reasonable direct losses in accordance with the law.

If payment failure is caused by personal reasons such as an expired card, insufficient balance, incorrect password, or bank security interception, we will provide necessary assistance but do not assume related responsibility.

If payment processing is disrupted due to force majeure events, including network outages, natural disasters, policy changes, or payment institution system failures, we will make reasonable efforts to assist and provide timely updates. You will not be required to bear additional responsibility.

We strictly fulfill our data protection obligations. If payment-related information is disclosed due to our intentional actions or gross negligence, we will assume corresponding legal responsibility in accordance with applicable laws and take remedial measures promptly.
