Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Conditions
Furneasez (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) strictly complies with relevant UK laws and regulations and GDPR requirements. We will accept and process formal refund requests only when the following conditions are met and the request has been approved, in order to ensure that the refund process is lawful and transparent.

When your order cancellation request has been approved and the order meets the cancellation conditions, you may apply for a refund. For specific cancellation rules, review standards, and procedures, please refer to the Order Cancellation Policy.

When your return and refund request has been approved and the returned goods meet the return and refund requirements, you may apply for a refund. For details on application steps, product inspection standards, and related information, please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy.

Refund Method and Processing Time
Refunds will be returned to the payment card account used at the time of order placement. Only Visa or MasterCard is supported.

Due to differences in processing cycles among banks, refunds are usually completed within 10–15 business days. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us promptly.

Refund Exception Handling
If refund delays, incorrect refund amounts, or refund failures occur, you may contact us via customer service email or phone and provide the order number, payment proof, and relevant refund notification information for verification.

After receiving your feedback, we will complete the verification within 1–3 business days and inform you of the result through your provided contact details, while proceeding to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If refund exceptions are caused by external factors such as banking system failures or payment channel issues, we will assist you in communicating with the relevant institutions and will continue to keep you updated on the progress.

Responsibility Statement
If refund delays, incorrect amounts, or refund failures are caused by our review errors, operational mistakes, or other internal reasons, we will assume corresponding responsibility, correct the issue in a timely manner, and provide you with an explanation.

Refunds will be issued strictly according to the approved refund amount and the agreed refund method. If refund processing is obstructed due to incorrect, invalid, or expired payment account information provided by you, we will provide necessary assistance but will not assume responsibility for the resulting issues.

If force majeure factors (including but not limited to banking system anomalies, natural disasters, or policy adjustments) affect the refund process, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in handling the matter and will promptly inform you of the latest progress. You will not be required to bear any additional responsibility.

Throughout the refund process, we will strictly comply with UK laws and GDPR regulations to protect the personal and payment information you provide and will not disclose such information to any unrelated third party.
