Shipping Coverage
Furneasez (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) currently provides shipping services within the United Kingdom only and does not support delivery to countries or regions outside the UK at this time.
Our shipping coverage includes the entire United Kingdom, including England (all counties, cities, and towns such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, etc.), Scotland (including Edinburgh, Glasgow, and all regions), Wales (including Cardiff and all areas), Northern Ireland (including Belfast and all areas), as well as UK island territories such as the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
Shipping Fees
The total order amount includes the product price and the applicable shipping fee. In accordance with UK legal requirements, customs duties, 20% Value Added Tax (VAT), and related charges are already included in the product price. There are no additional or hidden fees.
For orders with a total value between £0.01 and £147.32, a flat shipping fee of £7.34 applies.
For orders with a total value of £147.33 or more, free shipping is offered.
Order Processing Time
Our business hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (Central European Time, CET).
Orders paid before 18:00 (CET) will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The standard order preparation time is 1–3 business days, including order verification, inventory confirmation, packaging, and shipment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Once the order has been prepared and handed over to the logistics carrier, it enters the shipping stage.
The standard delivery time is 10–15 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, weather conditions, or other force majeure factors. In the event of any abnormal delay, we will notify you by email.
Logistics Partners
We work with multiple professional international logistics providers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure the safety and efficiency of order transportation.
Order Tracking
After placing and completing payment for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and logistics carrier information.
You may log in to our online store and access the order tracking page. By entering the email address or phone number used at checkout along with your order number, you can view the real-time shipping status of your order.
Delivery and Receipt Instructions
Please inspect the quantity, appearance, and packaging condition of the products before signing for delivery.
If you find missing items, visible damage, or abnormal packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately by phone or email. Please retain relevant evidence such as product photos, outer packaging photos, or shipping labels.
If the order is signed for by another person on your behalf, their signature will be deemed as authorized by you, and the corresponding inspection responsibility will rest with you.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from failed delivery or return due to absence of the recipient, incorrect contact details, or incomplete address information shall be borne by the customer.
Responsibility Statement
If goods are damaged or lost during transportation, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics carrier. The final outcome will be subject to the carrier’s investigation results.
If the logistics provider is confirmed to be responsible, we will offer a reasonable solution such as replacement or refund based on the actual situation.
If the issue is related to a product quality defect, please follow our Return and Exchange Policy and Refund Policy for further handling.
If you need to modify the delivery information or request an order cancellation after submitting and paying for the order, please contact us before 18:00 (CET) on the same day.
Requests made after this time or after the order has entered the shipping preparation process cannot be guaranteed, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information you provide are accurate, complete, and valid.
Any delays, misdelivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be the responsibility of the customer.
In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, traffic restrictions, or logistics system failures that result in delivery delays or non-delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to assist and communicate updates promptly. However, we do not assume legal liability, and losses will be allocated reasonably based on actual circumstances.
We are responsible only for delivering the goods safely to the designated delivery address.
After the order has been signed for, responsibility for storage and risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Any damage or loss occurring after receipt is outside our scope of responsibility.
